"Update 3: After refinancing my vehicle I needed to send some information to the new finance company. I texted my request and Bryanna responded quickly sending me the necessary information. I love that I can send a text and get the same service I would receive if I were on the phone! Great customer service. Update 2: We are back with State Farm and the Fabio Fernandez team after a 2 year hiatus with another company…the other company could no longer save us money so we are back to saving and excellent customer service! Denise was awesome to work with. There was a lot of back and forth to figure out what would be best but she got it done and we couldn’t be more happy to be back! Update: The team at Fabio Fernandez is AMAZING! I really enjoyed working with them. Unfortunately, I have had to change insurance companies to save money and well my 22 year old has been costly!😉 Ayline and Wendi have always been fabulous to work with and if I based my decision solely on customer service I would still be a client. "Update 10/09/25 - I have attempted to work with Fabio and his team. Now I have become a pawn in their game. Im just a number. The second I ask for assistance or help, they dont care. It seems like they are going to be just like any other company and will only work with you if it benefits their personal pockets. I have been with State Farm for a few years now. I made the switch over from Geico when Geico started to increase my annual premiums and it did not sit well with me. When I came to this location Jackie was the first person I met and right from the start she was always friendly. She helped me and my mom get into State Farm at a much more affordable price. To this day, if there are any issues or concerns with my account I call and Jackie tends to answer my calls which makes me feel much more content knowing that she is on the other side of the line. When my mom passed she was so genuine, sincere,, and assisted me with everything I needed done during that time. To this day I have never really looked into switching providers because of Jackie and her well verse attitude to take care of me and my concerns."
